Musicien improvisateur, compositeur multi-instrumentiste, Ayato est un membre très actif du collectif H.A.K qui a produit depuis les années pré-2000 un nombre considérable de disques sur le label H.A.K. Lo-Fi Record.
Guitares entrelacées et beats écorchés soulignent le rapport étroit entre mélodie // nostalgie et développent dans un groove tenace, une dense et complexe high-jacking music.
Membre de Crash Duo, Cluedo Krew, Polymagoo Commando, Red Alert, Thanato Twist with Oleg's Sound System, Ayato a aussi développé un langage particulier avec l’image lors des projets avec le photographe Malik Nejmi et est aussi à l'initiative de nombreux ciné-concerts sur des films comme Tabu, The General, Le Docteur Caligari, Freaks, Les Gosses de Tokyo, Nanouk et récemment en solo sur Yukoku.
